SendSure Verifies emails automatically in two ways:

1. When you add an email to Outreach:

When you add a new prospect to Outreach, SendSure checks their email address to make sure it is valid.
This works when you add emails manually or via any integration (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Apollo etc.) 

• If the email is invalid (for example, a typo or an email that doesn't exist), SendSure will warn you immediately.

Example: If you add namitqwerty@sendsure.io, SendSure will flag it as invalid, so you don’t waste time sending emails that won’t work.

2. When you add a contact to a sequence

The best time to verify emais is right before you send them an email. So we re-verify emails again anytime you add a contact your seqeunece.

• Total Emails Processed: The total number of emails you’ve added.
• Valid Emails: The emails that are confirmed to be deliverable.
• Invalid Emails: Emails that are invalid, so you can remove them before using them in your campaigns.

Example: If your list has 20 emails, SendSure will show you how many are valid and how many are invalid so you know which ones to fix.

SendSure Opt-Out

Another loved feature of SendSure is automatic email opt out. 
If an email is invalid, we will automatically disable sending emails to that email account.

The contact will automatically go through all the steps in a sequence except the email steps.
